Fine Motor – Origami

Origami strengthens the muscles and activate the right hemisphere of the brain. It also helps the child to focus and follow the given instructions.

Coloured papers and glue.

Raeyan folded both sides of the green paper to make a simple house origami.

He then pasted the yellow rectangle in the middle of the green house as the door. It was a very simple origami, and it was easy to follow the steps, for beginners.

Colour papers, glue, small googly eyes and a pencil.

Paper folding in origami develops the thinking ability, problem solving skill, and mathematics skill when it comes to measuring the paper. It also helps the child to learn about shapes and geometry.
